The aim of these Architectural Design Guidelines is to ensure that all homes in Latoria Close meet a high standard of visual appeal while ensuring compatibility among homes and integration of the community into the natural landscape. Appropriate house styles will incorporate elements and characteristics of traditional designs based on a Craftsman and/or Heritage theme.
Because the overall theme and ambience of the project is vital to its value, the developer reserves the right to alter any of these Design Guidelines if, in any particular case, a proposed design contains attractive elements which, in the opinion of the developer, are in the spirit of the Design Guidelines and would enhance the quality of the community. The acceptance of such alternatives will be at the sole discretion of the developer.
